- Design and develop advanced applications for the Java platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs and improve application performance.
- Create user and technical documentation
- Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practice
