1. Recruitment
- Responsible for interview and selection
- Prepare pre-recruitment activities and build and develop candidate database
- Plan for promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
- Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures
2. Employer Branding
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
- Promote company brand through social network channels
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding

- College/University graduated or equivalent
*** Technical skills and experience:
- Recruitment / selection skill
- Office tools
- 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment function, mass recruitment experience preferred.
