• Control software process execution of project team
• Review project status, project issues, project process compliance weekly
• Collect and analyze project key metrics
• Ensure the quality of software package before releasing to customers
• Forecast project issue
• Build up new process for new line project
• Ability to integrate, connect individual/team to complete common tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good at English Skills, at least Reading and Writing skills
• Have experience in software process or knowledge about software process in at least 3 years to 5 years (Agile, Scrum is advantage)
• Hardworking and careful
• Participated in key software projects (new customer, new process, new technology, large team size…)
• Has certificated in CSQA, Internal Auditor is advantage
