EMOTIV is looking for an experienced Website Team Lead with an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), e-Commerce with Subscription, CRM system and technology infrastructures, comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improve the User Experience (UX) of the website. The selected candidate must be an effective team leader, promote a collaborative team culture, and have a passion for building high quality websites that exceed in usability and performance and are easy to maintain.

* Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website.
- Maintain current system Wordpress, Woocommerce and Salesforce
- Optimize website for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
- Conduct content/technical audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information & accuracy features.
- Understand web-based PHP application
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborate with management & team members and stakeholders in design, QA, marketing, and product to reach the company goals in a timely manner. .
- Collaborate to develop & maintain strategies to grow revenue overall, subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

* Requirements:
- 3+ years experience of knowledge and experience building e-commerce sites, Wordpress, WooCommerce Subscriptions is plus
- 5+ years experience of PHP and Frontend Stack is a plus
- 2+ years experience in technical team lead or above
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP and PHP Frameworks
- Experience working with CRM system, Salesforce is plus
- Experience working on production sites with regular traffic
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Vietnamese

* Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience with front-end automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or CasperJS
- Experience with one of cloud services: AWS, Laravel, Azure, Google Cloud, or Digital Ocean
- Experience with Docker, know CI / CD
- Experience with Integration & data normalization.
- Experience of System Modeling and System Architecture
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Braintree or Strip, MySQL
- Understand Business Savvy and Business Modeling Skill
- Knowledge of setting out Business Requirements as input for Information System
