Tóm tắt công việc
- Help team to keep improving BAEMIN product by measuring, learning, and building features.
- Keep improving BAEMIN’s UX by working with product designers and engineers.
- Keep monitoring BAEMIN services so you can find and resolve any issues on the platform.
- Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our product.
- Gather requirements from different departments. (e.g. marketing, sales, operation)
- Design workflow, write a specification, draw a wire-frame to help to understand product requirements.
- Write documents and materials to share the product’s update within the organization.
- Working time: 5 days/week, 9 am – 5:30 pm
- Working place: 22 nd Floor, Etown Central Building, 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 12, Dist 4, HCMC

Your Skills and Experience
- +2 years of experiences in related fields. (on-demand service, social network, e-commerce, etc)
- Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture.
- Have excellent speaking/writing skills in English.
- Good to have a conversation level skill in Korean. (not mandatory)
