- Thực hiện đào tạo kỹ năng mềm, kỹ năng làm việc cơ bản, đào tạo theo chuẩn khung năng lực của nhân viên.
- Trực tiếp đứng lớp những chương trình đào tạo được chuyển giao hoặc các chương trình tự thiết kế.
- Lên ý tưởng và tổ chức các hoạt động đào tạo nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất lao động của cán bộ nhân viên.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất những giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo.
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, có khả năng tin học cơ bản.
- Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm về đào tạo, truyền thông.
- Có kỹ năng thuyết trình và truyền cảm hứng hiệu quả, giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng thuyết phục cao.
- Chủ động trong công việc, tinh thần hợp tác tốt, chịu áp lực công việc cao.
- Trung thực, tự tin, có tinh thần cầu tiến.
- Có khả năng đi công tác
