Principal duties
One of SPS’s core business is Document Processing, in which Operators classify documents and do data entry for millions of documents. This activities are partially automated today. The mission of the Automation Lead is to bring automation to the next level by applying latest technologies like OCR and AI.
The focus of this role and the automation team is not to develop solutions but to find out which the best value-for-money automation solutions on the market are and integrate them in our projects
Responsibilities
- Increase automation levels on all major projects (global and local)
- Run proof of concepts with technology partners to select best technologies
- Integrate best solutions in our platforms
- Lead automation team in Vietnam
- Become automation thought leader (together with other Senior automation expert in Europe/US)
- Define and standardize automation metrics globally
- Ensure automation know-how which is currently distributed over different countries is centralized and made available to all countries
- Report automation rate of global projects and benchmark projects with each other
Support Sales with automation rate estimates and expert opinions on the automation solution to be used

Your Skills and Experience
*** Education:
- University degree in IT (or related)
*** Technical skills and experience:
- 5 - 8 years experience in IT (SW, architecture, PMO or similar)
- Experience in automation (OCR, AI) is a strong plus
- Experience in working in a global setup is a plus
- Experience as team leader is a plus
*** Soft-skills & attitude
- Very good English communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Good understanding of data (statistics and probabilities)
- Structured and precise
- Can get things done
Eager to develop and take over responsibilities
*** Open to foreigner.
