Responsibilities:
- Deploy 3rd party and in-house software/application according to the requirements from customer's request/project plan
- Manage and maintain middleware, virtualization, cloud system and all business software/applications to ensure high availability of the system as committed SLA with customers
- Ensure the latest update with security patches or update are implemented middleware, applications/software to comply with company regulation & ISMS/ISO 27001 policies
- Ensure the maintenance plan is executed and communicated to related parties
- Provide troubleshooting, solving and investigating for IT incidents
- Co-ordinate with NOC team and Infrastructure team in incident/problem solving
- Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company regulations
Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager

Requirements:
*** Education:
- University Degree in Computer Science or IT
*** Technology skills and experience:
- Wide knowledge in different area (network, server hardware, system, database, software …)
- Knowledge of (CI/CD) (Must)
- Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cloud Management (Must)
- Programming in C++, Shell, Bash ….
- Jboss, Tomcat middleware
- Log analysis
*** Soft-skills:
- English communication
- Strong troubleshooting & analyzing
- Customer oriented
