Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Design, build, and maintain business tools using best practices for performance, automation, logging, monitoring, configuration and systems design;
- Identify key gaps in product offerings, functionality, and training that will add significant value to our users;
- Lead and contribute to projects that address those gaps, including design, plan, develop, document, and implement;
- Maintain and improve the quality of systems supported by the team;
- Work with the team to plan each sprint to meet team objectives;
- Support end-users regarding IT issues: User ID, E-mail, VPN, access resource, hardware, software, network, wi-fi etc. to some extent;
- Communicate effectively with the functional experts in the business as well as the technical resources.

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)
- University degree in fields of Computer Science, Information System Engineer, Management Information System or equivalent required.
Required Competencies and Skills *
Minimum skills and experience we are seeking include:
- 3 years relevant work experience.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedication to learning.
- Experience with ELK Stack, Inf Monitoring
- Linux and Windows System Administration
- Managing LAMP, IIS, and Tomcat applications
- Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems (in Azure or other similar environment)
- 1 years of experience using CI/CD frameworks and implementing best practices.
- At least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Python.
- SQL and common database administration
- Solid time management and meeting facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, problem solving, process improvement and implementation skills.
- Ability to work independently, and to ask for, and offer help when needed.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, with an emphasis on collaboration, inclusivity, and mentoring.
- Experience leading or contributing to the design and architecture of complete and creative solutions or systems.
- Automation experience.
Experience with the following technical areas is desirable:
- Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Zookeeper and Nginx
- Two or more of the following: PHP, Node.js, PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Experience with two or more of the following: MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle
