Job Purpose

Applications problem resolution to all Vietnam users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; and perform related work as required.

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
  • Developing reports for teams across the business
  • 13th month salary

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc):   Bachelor's Degree in IT.

Relevant Work Experience :

  • At least 1 years of Application Support
  • Minimum 1 year in software development: .Net/Java, knowing other programing language is an advantage.
  • Experiences in Banking / Insurance is an advantage

  • Have knowledge of programming, be able to read and understand logc code.
  • Familiar with Linux, Window.
  • Intimate knowledge of digital banking system Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Has strong experience on using any DBMS (SQL Server, MySQL) as aspects: In-line query, Store Procedure, built-in Functions, Indexing, data modelling
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
