Tóm tắt công việc
– Phân tích Insight khách hàng mục tiêu của sản phẩm phần mềm quản lý bán hàng KiotViet
– Lập kế hoạch và triển khai tiếp thị trên kênh Digital như: SEM, SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Social media…..;
– Xây dựng hệ thống Landingpage tạo phễu khách hàng tiềm năng;
– Theo dõi và đo lường tỉ lệ chuyển đổi;
– Báo cáo kết quả theo tuần/tháng/quý/năm.
Yêu cầu công việc
– Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học; ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, CNTT hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan;
– Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm Digital Marketing;
– Sáng tạo mẫu quảng cáo online;
– Thành thạo công cụ Digital như: Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Facebook Analytics,…;
– Hoạt động sôi nổi trong các Group về Facebook Ads, Marketing online là một lợi thế;
– Có kiến thức marketing căn bản;
– Thành tạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel) và am hiểu internet, mạng xã hội;
Quyền lợi và chính sách:
– Lương theo năng lực từ 12-20 triệu, chưa bao gồm thưởng KPI
– Được xét duyệt tăng lương định kỳ 2 lần/năm; lương tháng 13, thưởng theo kết quả công việc;
– Thưởng tháng, quý, năm theo kết quả Marketing;
– Được hưởng các quyền lợi và chế độ theo luật quy định (Các ngày nghỉ lễ, BHXH, BHYT…);
– Thưởng lễ, Tết, các chế độ đãi ngộ dành cho người thân, du lịch hàng năm;
– Đánh giá định kỳ 2 lần/năm
– Gồm 2 khung giờ làm việc linh động
