Job Purpose
Applications problem resolution to all Vietnam users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; and perform related work as required.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions
- Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
- Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- 13th month salary

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc): Bachelor's Degree in IT.
Relevant Work Experience :
- At least 1 years of Application Support
- Minimum 1 year in software development: .Net/Java, knowing other programing language is an advangate.
- Experiences in Banking / Insurance is an advantage

- Have knowledge of programming, be able to read and understand logc code.
- Familiar with Linux, Window.
- Intimate knowledge of digital banking system Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge

- Listening ability and patience
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Has strong experience on using any DBMS (SQL Server, MySQL) as aspects: In-line query, Store Procedure, built-in Functions, Indexing, data modelling
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
