• Audit current dialogs and responses (50%);
• Assure everything is "consistent, clear, informative, friendly, and native";
• Build guidelines on grammar, vocabulary, tones, etc. to maintain consistency in Kiki’s dialogues;
• Design voice UX for new skills/ features (30%);
• Create new dialogs and responses;
• Monitor voice quality, response speed, and other audio attributes;
• Work closely with the Product team to design Kiki's personality (10%);
• Propose a framework and/ or processes to design voice UX for a new Kiki's skill (10%).

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in content, user experience, or technical writing for mobile/web apps, AI projects, or similar domains;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Strong detail-oriented and logical thinking abilities;
• Passionate about language and writing;
• Experience in Conversation Design, Chatbot writing is a plus;
• A basic understanding of ASR and NLU is a plus.
