Tóm tắt công việc
• Cài đặt các công cụ và hạ tầng cần thiết cho phát triển, vận hành và giám sát hệ thống IT.
• Triển khai các quy trình, công việc trên các công cụ quản trị dự án (như Jira, Managed Engine, etc.).
• Có kỹ năng giám định các Source Code được phát triển trong các dự án.
• Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình devops nhằm đưa ra các giải pháp tối ưu hoặc các quy trình mới.
• Luôn tập trung tìm các cơ hội tự động hóa nhiều nhất có thể.
• Quản lý quy trình về Incident Management và RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Hỗ trợ triển khai các công cụ CI/CD cùng với đội DevOps của tập đoàn.
• Thực hiện giám sát hệ thống bao gồm servers, applications, APIs, integrations, ...
• Thực hiện data patching commands (trên SFDC, Azure DB, etc.)
• Triển khai các thay đổi lên trên môi trường Production.
• Quản lý hạ tầng các ứng dụng trên cloud của VF như tối ưu hạ tầng, chuẩn bị cho các sự kiện, ...
• Hướng dẫn các team để làm theo quy trình DevOps.
• Giám sát và đo lường các KPIs
• Tạo các báo cáo cho ban lãnh đạo.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent;
• Kiến thức vững chắc về Kubernetes, Docker;
• Kiến thức vững trên các nền tảng cloud: Azure, AWS và Salesforce;
• Kiến thức vững chắc về Linux;
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm dựng DevOps cho các dự án Cloud;
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm dựng các công cụ hỗ trợ vận hành theo ITIL hoặc tương tự.
