- Responsible for SW Test Management Activities (planning and monitoring) at system and vehicle level
- Responsible for E-Powertrain SW test cases development, test execution , data analysis, test reporting at System (Inverter & EDS ) and Vehicle Level
- Responsible for testing requirements traceability in accordance to ASPICE process
- Test and calibration support to EDS teams (SW Development & Testing Teams )
- Responsible for communications\coordination with other functions
- Optimise the testing facility output, ensuring a high level of utilisation of resources and minimised downtime while ensuring servicing and calibrations are conducted appropriately
- Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established lab management system
- Plan and delegate work within the team, ensuring the tasks are completed within time frame
Required Competencies:
- Dynamic & Confident candidate with ability to take pressure of Multiple assignments
- Flexible to travel to suppliers and other company R&D facilities (when required)

Key Qualification :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Strong experience in end-to-end software test toolchain in the V-Development process
- Work experience in HIL / P-HIL laboratories e.g., d Space SCALEXIO and PLECS for debug/test and calibration.
- Experience in calibration process and toolchain e.g., INCA, CANoe, Flashing Tools, MATLAB, Python etc.
- Familiar with Automotive Software 3-layer architecture and Knowledge in Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience for SW development and C programming including proven ability to use source code editors, compilers, build / make process in the Automotive Electronic Industry
Preferred Qualification :
- Experience in embedded software systems and vehicle communication network (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Experience with Infineon AURIX TC2XX or TC3XX microcontroller and its embedded peripherals drivers SPI, PWM, FLS, EPROM, DMA, FCCU etc
- Experience with engineering process models and tools (ASPICE, ISO26262, Agile, EA, DOORS)
- Scripting and automation techniques with e.g. object-oriented programming (Python, Java, C#)
- Experience in vehicle diagnostic system (UDS) and workshop tester communication
- Experience of handling electrical wiring high & low voltages in regard all safety aspects will be an added advantage
Education:
- Bachelor/Master graduation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree Professional engineering work experience
- Experience with automotive testing and evaluation
