PLM Maintenance Specialist
- Execute & planning upgrade Teamcenter servers in VinFast & partners
- Roll out Client software all users
- Manage server resources and expansion planning
- Manage users and security of system.
- Support user & propose solutions using Engineering Software platform
- Find opportunities to improve the system and automate processes.
PLM Support Specialist:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work in collaboration with the team.
- Working with different systems and integration.
- Document new issues.
- Imparting training to end users.
- Find opportunities to improve the system.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Information Technology.
- PLM Maintenance position: Minimum 1 year experience in Siemens teamcenter.
- PLM Support position: Had worked on CAD, preferably Catia.
- Experience in server/application administration and support.
- 2-3 years working with Java web Frameworks/Technologies.
- Good in batch script/shell & Database.
- Understanding network topologies.
- Experience in programing
- Proficient in English, written and verbal.
