C&B Leader works under supervision of BE Manager to perform all C&B operational and transactional tasks and to take responsibility for administration of C&B standard operation processes that in line with the company’s policies and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and laws
• Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team
• Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)
• Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
• Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
• Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)
• Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
• Approves exceptions in the compensation of the individual employees
• Represents the organization at different HR conferences
• Other duties and projects as directed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good at English
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

• Working in IT or Auditing industry or FDI big-scale company is a plus
