Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Assist in analyzing client needs and transferring them to the development team from Team Leader.
• Create a project timeline and define project requirements. 
• Manage project progress to deliver high-quality projects on time by using available resources.
• Report project status to Team Lead. 
• Assist clients with queries and issues.
• Accountable for team performance.
• Identify and resolve any team problems.
• Perform other activities as assigned.

• Fresh graduates or candidate has less than one year of experience will be given preference.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Execellent at English (verbal and written).
• Used to work in Business Analyst/Quality Control or Engineer position is a plus.
• Customer-oriented and result-oriented mindset.
• Good at planning, executing and managing the work.
• Good at logical & critical thinking.
• Good EQ and can manage personal emotions. 
• Familiar with software development processes and Agile medothology.
