Job description

Support the team leader and work with the team on developing and implementing IT software solution, in contribution to fulfill business objectives.

• Developing and maintain ETL, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence project.
• Support the team leader on technical analysis to provide the best technical solution as well as support colleagues for solving technical issues to complete the assigned projects / tasks on timely manner.
• Investigate and answer daily enquiries on systems functional as well as problem encountered in order to resolve it in timely manner.
• In charge of unit test on enhancements / new development under responsibility to ensure developed modules are matched with business requirements.
• Assist users/team leader on building test scripts to cover all test cases.

Your skills and experience

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong communicator in English (TOIEC at least 450 is bonus point).

Experience

• At least 03 years of experience as a Data/BI Developer
• Experience in the modern data warehouse design on Azure, BigQuery

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of ETL and BI tools such as: SSIS, Power BI desktop, Power BI Services, Azure Data Factory, Tabular Editor …
• Interact with business analyst to develop database solutions that meet business requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of physical database design and data structures
• In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
• Knowledge of database objects including tables, indexes, views and statistics
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex SQL queries and other features
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise with new database applications, and providing solutions to implement
• Analyzing existing databases and data needs of clients to develop effective systems
• Understanding data modeling, data schemas (normalized, flat, star, snowflake, etc..)
• Understanding data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, Git collaboration, development process is a plus. (Nice to have)
• Experience with some of the modern relational databases, NoSQL (Nice to have)
• Experience with some of the modern analytic platform such as: Databrick, Synapse analytic (Nice to have)
• Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements
• Support application of business intelligence and marketing automation solutions
• Fundamental knowledge in OOP and languages such as: Python, Scala, R, SQL, Jinja… etc
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform: Power Apps, Power automate… (Nice to have)
