For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for an Technical Lead or TeamLeader who is hands on in Microsoft technology,to work in Ho Chi Minh City. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an IT Staffing company specializing in software and application development. They provide technology services that digitally transform their partners and generate business value. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner and are ISO 27001:2013 certified. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including staffing and technology consulting, software engineering, and ongoing support. They fully embrace the Agile software engineering principles and use SCRUM to manage projects. Their multidisciplinary expertise enables them to deliver innovative solutions that help their partners achieve their goals.

Their client is developing a complete solution for trusted collaboration in the cloud. It seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint.

The position is based on a Hybrid working model and requires 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at office.

Must have:

- At least 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong command of ASP.NET Core and related technologies 

- Proven experience as a senior or lead developer, including code reviews, pull requests, and technical guidance of junior developers 

- English level required: Advanced or Fluent, able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders 

- Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including cloud architecture, containerization, and deployments 

- Solid experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with working via a DevOps board

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges

- Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to contribute to and drive iterative development processes.

Nice to have:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or solid familiarity with Scrum processes 

- Experience with or clear exposure to AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem 

- Microsoft AI-102 certification, or demonstrable experience with Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry, with willingness to obtain AI-102 

- Strong affinity for mentoring junior developers and helping the team grow technically
