Project Overview:

Scope of Work:
- Collaborate directly with the client’s end users to develop new front-end features using React.
- Assist users in debugging and resolving front-end software issues.
- Provide expert technical guidance and ensure best practices in front-end development.
- Communicate effectively with users via chat and voice calls to understand requirements and deliver timely support.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, TypeScript preferred).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in debugging complex UI issues and working with RESTful APIs.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
- Availability to work on the night shift (4 PM – 1 AM, Vietnam time) to align with client hours.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
