About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python or Golang (Node.js is a plus). You will build scalable backend systems, develop APIs (REST & gRPC), and integrate with LLM models using frameworks such as LangChain. The role requires strong DevOps capability and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and/or GCP.

You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-performance backend and AI services.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python or Golang
• Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services for internal and external consumers
• Integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom pipelines
• Implement microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy, scale, and optimize inference workloads
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automated testing systems
• Manage and deploy services on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or self-managed)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang
• Experience building REST APIs and gRPC services
• Hands-on experience integrating or deploying LLM models (OpenAI, vLLM, Ollama, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Solid DevOps experience (CI/CD, observability, automation)
• Proficient with Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, Helm, debugging)
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments
