We are seeking several experienced Middle/Senior Software Developers with a strong background in Java. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and enhancing a health insurance management system. Strong backend programming experience is required; frontend experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Vietnamese and overseas developers to build, maintain, and enhance the health insurance management system.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Write clean and efficient code.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing.
• Provide ideas and contribute to all Information Technology projects within the company.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the IT Director.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, Git, Maven, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Have a strong sense of teamwork.
• Intermediate level of English or above.
• Nice to have: experience with frontend technologies (React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript).
