We are looking for talented Middle/Senior Java Software Developers to join our team in building and enhancing a health insurance management system.

The ideal candidates have strong backend development experience, are passionate about clean and scalable code, and can collaborate effectively in an international environment. Frontend experience is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with local and overseas teams to design, develop, and maintain the health insurance system 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices 
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing to ensure system quality 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards 
• Proactively suggest improvements and contribute ideas across IT projects 
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design and integrate AI-driven features into the system 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Director

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• At least 4 years of software development experience 
• Strong experience with: 
  • Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot 
  • JUnit, Git 
  • Design patterns and clean architecture principles 
• Solid experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs 
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries 
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or above 

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js) 
• Experience in automated testing
