Must Have
- Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Java and RESTful APIs.
- Frontend: Advanced proficiency in Angular and/or React.
- Database: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices , OOP, SOLID, and Design Patterns.
Process & Tools:
- Strong knowledge of Deployment, CI/CD, and Pipelines.
- Proficient in Version Control systems and Unit Testing (BDD, TDD).
- Experience with Authentication (OAuth2, OpenID, JWT).
Nice to Have
- AI Adoption: Ability to apply AI tools to enhance workflow and quality.
- DevOps: Familiarity with Cloud or On-premise infrastructure.
- Project Mindset: Ability to think holistically about the software context, not just isolated tasks.
- Language: High proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
