Tóm tắt công việc
- Kiểm soát quy trình phát triển dự án (SDLC), đảm bảo đội ngũ tuân thủ đúng các tiêu chuẩn vận hành (Agile/Scrum).
- Quản trị chất lượng đầu ở các Quality Gates, không bao gồm việc thực hiện kiểm thử phần mềm (QC).
- Giám sát tiến độ, quản trị rủi ro và báo cáo "sức khỏe" dự án định kỳ.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí PQA hoặc Quản trị quy trình.
- Lĩnh vực: Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng Fintech, hiểu rõ về tính tuân thủ, bảo mật và các quy trình giao dịch tài chính.
- Kỹ năng: Thành thạo các công cụ quản lý dự án (Jira, Confluence...), tư duy hệ thống và quyết liệt trong việc thúc đẩy quy trình.
