Mô tả công việc

Tóm tắt công việc

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks. 
  • Implement end to end test automation using Cypress (JavaScript) and Selenium (Java with Cucumber). 
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. 
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Review requirements, design test strategies, and define automation scope. 
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution. Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting. 
  • Mentor junior QA/automation engineers and promote best practices. 
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong experience with: 

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Web/API/Mobile) 
  • Experience integrating automation into development workflows 
  • Strong knowledge of: Test design principles and automation frameworks Version control systems (Git) 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) 
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) 
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments Knowledge of microservices architecture 
  • Experience with test data management and environment setup Exposure to security testing practices 

Soft Skills 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management Leadership and mentoring capabilities 
  • Proactive mindset with ownership attitude Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
