Tóm tắt công việc
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
- Implement end to end test automation using Cypress (JavaScript) and Selenium (Java with Cucumber).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Review requirements, design test strategies, and define automation scope.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution. Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.
- Mentor junior QA/automation engineers and promote best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and processes.

Yêu cầu công việc
Strong experience with:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Web/API/Mobile)
- Experience integrating automation into development workflows
- Strong knowledge of: Test design principles and automation frameworks Version control systems (Git)
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with test data management and environment setup Exposure to security testing practices
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management Leadership and mentoring capabilities
