Mục tiêu công việc
Là cầu nối giữa Đơn vị nghiệp vụ và Khối kỹ thuật/dữ liệu, triển khai các chính sách, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn quản trị dữ liệu tại đơn vị; đảm bảo dữ liệu chất lượng, nhất quán, bảo mật và tuân thủ.
Nhiệm vụ chính
- Quản lý và cải thiện chất lượng dữ liệu; xây dựng quy tắc DQ, theo dõi KPI, dashboard và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề dữ liệu.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và quản lý Metadata, Data Dictionary, Business Glossary.
- Phối hợp xác định Data Owner, Golden Data Source và Data Lineage, đảm bảo dữ liệu minh bạch và nhất quán.
- Hỗ trợ bảo mật, quyền riêng tư, phân quyền và tuân thủ dữ liệu; theo dõi việc sử dụng, chia sẻ và lưu trữ dữ liệu.
- Phối hợp xử lý các sự cố/vi phạm dữ liệu và thực hiện quản lý dữ liệu xuyên suốt vòng đời.
- Thu nhập từ 25-28 tháng lương/năm

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp ĐẠI HỌC CHÍNH QUY trở lên các ngành CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin, Phân tích dữ liệu, Kinh tế, Tài chính – Ngân hàng, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.
- Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm về Data Management, Data Quality, Data Analysis/BI.
- Hiểu biết về Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage và Data Lifecycle; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án dữ liệu.
- Có kiến thức về Data Privacy và tuân thủ pháp lý liên quan.
- Có khả năng sử dụng SQL và các công cụ quản trị dữ liệu như Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview, Apache Atlas...
- Có khả năng phối hợp liên phòng ban, kết nối nghiệp vụ – kỹ thuật, phân tích và xử lý vấn đề tốt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết nghiệp vụ ngân hàng.
