The NetSuite ERP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's NetSuite environment. This role ensures the platform is stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business and accounting requirements while supporting integrations, reporting, users, automation, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging modern technologies—including AI—to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize NetSuite based on business and accounting requirements.
• Perform system maintenance, release testing, scheduled job monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
• Review and audit NetSuite accounting reports and investigate data discrepancies.
• Monitor integrations between NetSuite and other business systems and resolve integration issues.
• Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, access controls, and system security.
• Provide NetSuite user support, training, and maintain system/process documentation.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business teams to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes using automation, AI, and intelligent workflows where appropriate.
• Coordinate with NetSuite Support, consultants, and external vendors when required.
• Stay current with NetSuite releases, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and ERP best practices.

Required

• At least 1 year of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
• Experience with SuiteScript and NetSuite customization.
• Experience supporting NetSuite integrations through APIs and web services.
• Good understanding of ERP and accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Experience working in an eCommerce, retail, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Big Plus

• Candidates with experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve ERP operations will be highly regarded, including:
• Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, or automate tasks.
• Experience designing AI-assisted business workflows or integrating AI into ERP or back-office processes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation, intelligent reporting, or workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work, improve data quality, or increase operational efficiency.
