*** Job Description:Project Manager (CDO)
*** Role Description
The Senior Project Manager (CDO) is an organised professional who will take accountability for organising , scheduling, supporting and enabling the activities of the CDO team. The role will ensure the CDO function has clear processes, connected team members, a central point of contact and drive activities and events that champion the data agenda within 1MG.
*** Responsibilities
• Work with the CDO and CDO’s EA to plan, schedule and organise CDO activities and events from team events to CDO sponsored group wide events. Examples
include CDO townhalls , hackathons, external speaker presentations, war rooms, CDO offsites and strategy days.
• Be responsible for supporting CDO teams to effectively work in Retail and Housing projects and provide visibility of CDO metr ics across these projects & teams..
• Build internal and external relationships to allow for effective execution of organisational and scheduling activities.
• Be responsible for working with HR and iPMO to define and align team processes including onboarding, offboarding , training/
• Proactively identify issues and risks and works to mitigate these before they occur if possible or minimise impact otherwise, especially in relation to scheduling.
• Translate and interpret between English and Vietnamese as needed in verbal and written form.
• Maintain a backlog of CDO improvement activities and work to get these approved, executed and completed.
• Co chair and run the CDO leadership meeting and work with the CDO EA on follow up actions.

1. Highly organised, outcome focused, effective planning & scheduling
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills for all audiences
3. Can multi task and has good project management experience
4. Able to translate between English and Vietnamese both written and verbal
5. 2 -4 years experience in similar role.
*** Domain Expertise
1.Nice to have Retail, Housing, Supply Chain or Financial Services
2.Nice to have Project management or scrum master experience
*** Analytics Experience
1.Ideally has good Excel spreadsheet skills and basic SQL
2.Nice to have report creation in BI tools
*** Individual Skills
1.Good communication skills verbal and written, English and Vietnamese
2.Proactive problem solver, eye for detail, process driven
3.Facilitate and run events, workshops and presentations
4.Able to work work with and manage executive level stakeholders
5.Self motivated, able to learn and pick up new concepts quickly
