We are looking for the onsite location coordinator (Program Manager/Director) for Chinese convergence programs (in Shanghai). He/She coordinates these activities as an intermediate between the Chinese development and customer team as well as the RBEI (+ RBVH) development team. We are foreseeing that this is at least an SL1 position and could grow to an SL2 position.

As the coordinator, He / She needs to perform below tasks:

- Be link between Chinese team and Indian team
- This position will be a sandwich position and based on the experience a good mediator between the needs of the 2 teams
- Chinese team will be the customer interface and the technical supporters for the customer and thus will mainly represent the customer view (frequent technical changes + additions). The coordinator will have to push back on unrealistic customer expectations (e.g. changes/additions in last minute, unrealistic timing)
- Indian team (incl. RBVH) will support at first mainly in 2 areas FuSa and AutoSAR. Thus the coordinator has to translate the customer requirements into understandable English documents, include

+ Clarifying the topics/requirements with the Chinese team/customer
+ Forward to the Indian teams for estimations and effort planning
+ Reverting back results from Indian team to Chinese team for discussion with customer

- Ensuring the delivery of committed artefacts include
- Mornitoring the progress of the Indian team and giving updates to Chinese team/customer
- Handing over artefacts to Chinese development team for integration
