• Analyze, propose and implement solutions for projects
• Develop company-wide standards for development processes
• Research and acquire new technologies
• Build reusable code and libraries
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Maintain and improve product quality
• Coach and mentor junior/middle members (for senior level)

• Onboard now or after Tet
• Salary review: Twice a year
