• Manage several project teams or department for every aspect of product development
• Build a strategy for your department, implement it according to the plan to achieve the company goal based on the strategy of Money Forward group
• Join in recruiting, developing employee skills and performance to meet the ideal organization structure
• Ensure a fair and balanced evaluation system to employee performance

• Salary review: Twice a year (June and December)
• Full salary during probation period
• Bonus: 13th-month salary
• Paid leave: 16 days off annually: 12 paid leaves, 3-day vacation, and Dec 31st
• Paternity leave: extra 5 days
• Awards: Monthly Culture Hero, Half-year MVP for excellent members

• Working hour: Monday to Friday (check in flexibly from 8AM to 9AM)
