Tóm tắt công việc

As a Product Manager, understand the vision and target markets then work towards accomplishing product strategy, roadmap from short-term to long-term and make sure the Product runs smoothly aligning with company direction
Build and lead the Product team to ensure the quantity and quality of requirements delivered by the Product team
Analyze the customer's needs to come up with the solution to resolve customer pain points
Mainly focus on high-level solutions and requirements, but can hands-on detailed requirements when the team need
On behalf of the Product team, work with stakeholders, and clients to share the business value, solution
Make decisions and prioritize features to achieve the milestones
Works closely with UX/UI designers to come up with adequate wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows
Works closely with the Engineering team to understand the technology and come up with appropriate business solutions
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (MKT, Sales, CS) to understand and prioritize customer feedback and translate them into product releases
Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
Do competitive analysis and market research to figure out new product ideas, features, and ways to improve the user experience of existing products
Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensure the product meets the requirement
Research business domain knowledge to come up with adequate business process models
Conducts user interviews to understand end-user behaviors to build appropriate requirements

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5 years of experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales or working at a start-up that provides services or technical products on a global scale.
Experience in HR domain, SaaS sales, software, Tech/IT service in B2B environment.
Be able to travel if needed.
Have a chance to work at Customer Experience (CX) level or use Reseller Partner.
Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
Previous experience using marketing automation software
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong communication and presentation skills
High energy level, highly-motivated and with a strong passion for selling
