The requirements are for SAP technical 2nd level support work. The request is for various projects for different functional areas. The details of the project would be presented and discussed as part of the onboarding process.

Restoration Incident & Failure Incident Support

• Technical debug to identify the root cause for failure. 
• Technical solution proposal for failure correction 
• Technical solution implementation for failure correction

Service Request & Problem Request Support

• Technical fulfillment as per the specifications 
• Execution of LSMW for mass data corrections/uploads 
• The minor changes are valid only for FICO functional area.

Support Windows

• Support from Mondays to Fridays

• Insurance plan based on full salary + 13th salary + Performance Bonus. 
• 100% full salary in probation period. 
• Meal allowance 730,000 VND/month
