• To lead, manage, and mentor a Vietnam based technology/engineering team
• To lead and work on the design, architecture and building of enterprise systems
• To lead and work on the building of tools, reports, and feeds to fulfil business requirements from the trading, operations and risk teams of the company
• To be responsible for software quality, efficiency, cost and operational resiliency
• To participate actively in cross-Company technology efforts to achieve various business and/or operational goals, as the need arises
• To work closely with the various Heads of business lines and front office trading in the proper implementation and effective maintenance of various systems.
• To lead the local Vietnam technology team and deliver outstanding technology applications/services to the business functions of Primrose.
