• At least 5 year experiences of Web system development (Java or other) with firm knowledge of software engineering (requirement, software design, programing, testing).
• Able to investigate & acquire quickly knowledge about system specification & technical insight.
• Good mindset in software structural design to assure reliability, maintainability, portability and efficiency of the source code.
• Familiar with designing software using UML, Flow Chart.
• We accept Vietnamese candidates only.

Nice to have:
• Experiences in development/deployment on the Cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge & practical apply of implementation of common design pattern (both architectural & detail)

Management skill:
• Strong knowledge & hand on experiences in software project estimation, planning, monitoring & control, risk & issue management.
• At least 02 years playing role of project management. Having experiences to manage multiple project teams at the same time is an advantage.
• Deep understanding/experiences in quality assurance process: CMMI or equivalent;
• Have experience of building up strategy for an organization is an advantage
• Data-driven thinking & management is a plus
