PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team, specializing in the development and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
As a Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend architecture of our HRIS platform. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless integration of various HR functions and the optimization of processes within our organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend services for our HRIS platform.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring optimal system performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data storage solutions and integrate with third-party APIs as needed to enhance the HRIS capabilities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
