• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Knowledgeable with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration
• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Experience Cloud (advantaged)
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce Flow and other OOTB features
• Has the ability to work with end-users from non-tech departments like Sales, Service, Marketing
• Experience with technical and business documentation
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause
• Good time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/ critical requests
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and result-oriented.
• Has a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English is required.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks.

Nice to have 

• ITIL certification.
• Experienced in Data Studio / Tableau/ CRM Analytics
• Knowing French/German/ Spanish is a strong plus..
