A. REPORT TO: Group Security Manager (CISO)

B. JOB PURPOSE:

• The Security Awareness Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing security awareness programs tailored specifically to De Heus. This position requires effective communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaborating with our awareness provider to ensure all training is relevant and applicable. The coordinator will ensure that all security training is accessible to employees, including making information available externally on our intranet. This role involves extensive collaboration with IT, communications teams, compliance and privacy stakeholders in all local business units (BUs), as well as with local HR/Learning stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and completion of training.

C. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Training Content

• Propose and review security training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Ensure close collaboration with the security team, compliance, and privacy stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our awareness provider to tailor content to De Heus's specific needs.

2. Train-The-Trainer Programs

• Propose and review content for offline training intended for non-office staff.
• Ensure training programs are provided in all locations in close collaboration with HR/Learning.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Contact and coordinate with the correct stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with IT, communications teams, compliance, and privacy stakeholders in all local BUs to ensure that training aligns with business needs and standards.
• Work closely with local HR/Learning stakeholders for effective training delivery and completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote security awareness and best practices

4.Communication and Phishing Exercises

• Ensure all local BUs know what communication materials are available from the awareness provider.
• Coordinate the delivery of communication materials in an open format for local BU translation where required.
• Ensure phishing exercises are conducted and that all employees participate.

5. Reporting and Knowledge Management

• Develop and maintain reports on the effectiveness of security awareness programs.
• Ensure that all training content is available internally, outside of the learning platform, for easy access by all users, including on the intranet.
• Ensure that all personnel, including new starters, complete mandatory security training.

6. Collaboration with Security Team

• Work closely with the security team to ensure that all guidance in the training is feasible and practical.
• Collaborate with compliance and privacy stakeholders to review and approve training content for legal and compliance aspects.

7. Training Content Translation

• Ensure that training content, delivered in English, is thoroughly reviewed and approved by De Heus (e.g., CISO, Data Privacy Officer, and Compliance Manager).
• Coordinate the translation of approved training content into all local languages by our awareness provider.
• Check translated content with native language speakers in all BUs.
• Coordinate translated content for intranet use

D. EXPECTED RESULTS:

• Proposed and reviewed security training content ensures relevance and accuracy.
• Training content is tailored to De Heus's specific needs and aligned with legal and compliance aspects.
• Training content is proposed, thoroughly reviewed and delivered.
• Effectively coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align training with business needs and ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate distribution of communication materials and conduct phishing exercises with full employee participation
• Develop effectiveness reports,ensure all training content is easily accessible to all personnel, and that all personel completes the mandatory training.
• Effectively coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to guarantee feasible and practical training guidance, aligned with legal, compliance and security standards
• Oversee the accurate translation and approval of training content into local languages for global use
