REPORT TO: Digital Application Team Leader
JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop new applications and improve current applications to support the digitalization of the company and to boost further growth.
- Ensure all applications work properly on daily basis
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Application development and improvement
- Develop new applications based on business requirements
- Improve current applications based on business requirements
- Support development team on Analysing requirements and designing new applications
2. Solution architect
- Attends to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions to project/team or company related issues
3. Partner management and deployment support
- Support implement team on UAT and training end users
- Working with IT application suppliers as PM, solution architect, BA role (depend on each project) for building/improving application
4. Others
- Supervise development team (in combination internal and outsourcing partner)
EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Mobile or web application fulfilling the business needs
- Design documentation
- Providing valuable input/advice to the business regarding technical issues
- Support UAT team actively and on-time finalizing tasks at customer level
- Project go-live on time, cost spent within budget, quality meet expectation from both business requirement and technical requirement
- Task list and project portfolio updated and in control. Weekly and monthly report must be sent on-time-in-full
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software engineering
EXPERIENCES:
- At least 5 years experienced in full stack application development (web application, mobile application)
COMPETENCIES:
- Good knowledge of OOP, clean code
- Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework và SQL Server
- Proficient C#, Python, Java, NodeJS, React, Vue.js .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server
- Advance knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Mastering at using AI tools to significantly improve productivity: ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, AI Agents
LANGUAGE:
- Vietnamese & Proficiency in English (Fluently in verbal and comprehensive in written)
OTHER REQUIREMENT:
- Experience of JavaScript and/or front-end framework: Xamarin, Angular, React, NodeJS, Figma, Power App…
- Experience of Mobile development which support multiple phone OS: Android, iOS, Windows phone
- Basic knowledge of database and relational database management system: Microsoft SQL server, MySQL
- Have sense of business and quickly understand business logic is an advantage
