Description

The IT Specialist  will be part of the office operations team and the go to person for all things IT & AV related for Vietnam & abroad. They will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure, device management, audio visual equipment & tooling, for our growing global team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & improve our office infrastructure, working with vendors for our global offices
• Be part of the frontline for our internal helpdesk ticketing process
• Maintain & improve our office Audio Visual setup (e.g. prep meeting rooms, presentations, etc)
• Provide hands-on & remote technical support to diagnose & resolve issues with company devices & applications
• Maintain our system of record for user access controls to applications (Okta etc.)
• Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools that support our business requirements
• Manage and enforce our MDM security requirements, working with InfoSec to ensure all compliance requirements are met. 
• Keeping abreast of new IT products & solutions & providing recommendations for process improvements
• Communicate best practices in application use, data & device management
