• Lead Quality Assurance: Oversee and execute all testing activities, including both automated (70%) and manual (30%) testing, to ensure high product quality.
• Automation Strategy: Drive the development and maintenance of end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to review project requirements, provide testability insights, and deliver accurate effort estimations.
• Product Advocacy: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions that improve functionality and user experience.
