🚀 Business Analyst — Fintech Product | Hanoi
We’re looking for a proactive BA who understands product, enjoys problem-solving, and can drive execution forward. You’ll help the team build the right things — with the right focus and the right priorities.
🌟 What You Will Do
Clarify problems & uncover root needs
- Analyze requests and distill the real objectives
- Challenge assumptions and eliminate “nice-to-have” requirements
- Propose solutions based on value, feasibility, and business impact
Connect information & coordinate stakeholders
- Act as the main bridge across Ops – CSM/AM – Tech – Product
- Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure alignment
- Facilitate meetings, assign action items, and prevent work from falling through the cracks
Support product development
- Manage backlog and conduct refinements with PM/PO
- Resolve blockers, manage expectations, and maintain Agile/Scrum progress
Observe users & optimize the product
- Monitor daily feedback and identify anomalies or friction points
- Recommend small improvements that deliver meaningful impact
- Work closely with CS/Ops to understand real user behaviors and operational risks
