As a Senior Java Developer, you will be the technical backbone of our engineering team, architecting scalable solutions for millions of users.

• Core Development: Transform user stories into high-performance, reliable production code and realistic prototypes.
• System Architecture: Design and optimize backend systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks that impact the entire stack.
• Engineering Excellence: Champion best software engineering practices and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and structural improvements.
• Mentorship & Growth: Act as a technical mentor for junior members and partner with the Project Manager to conduct technical interviews.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, BAs, SAs, UX, and R&D teams to deliver holistic software solutions.
