Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions for the team.
• Understand and analyze business requirements
• Write specifications, design solutions, and discuss solutions with customers.
• Support DM/Dev/QA in correctly understanding the business; coordinate with PM/DM to create proposals and review estimations
• Communicate with customers to clarify business requirements to ensure appropriate solutions
