We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle/Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and scalability of the tools and applications used across the company for both operational and development purposes.

This role involves managing and configuring third-party applications such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), and other tools used to support our operational and development processes. The engineer will provide user support by resolving issues encountered while using these applications, maintain relationships with external vendors, and monitor the performance, availability, reliability, and scalability of all managed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user management, security policies, integrations, SharePoint and OneDrive governance, Microsoft Teams administration, monitoring and reporting.
• The engineer will also be responsible for administering Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence including User, Access and  Identity Management, Platform Governance and Standardization, setting up the projects and configuring the workflows based on the defined standards, creating spaces and managing the content lifecycle, monitoring and reporting
• Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of third party applications that are used for operational or development processes in organization
• Provide timely support to users and resolving issues related to these applications
• Maintain the relationships with external vendors, including managing subscriptions, discussing contract and licensing terms, and coordinating the resolution of technical or service-related issues. 
• Control, track, and reconcile billing and invoicing for third-party application subscriptions and core cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), including preparation and delivery of required cost and usage reports.
• Monitor the performance, reliability, scalability and cost of the services of GrapeSEED products and infrastructure related to them
