As a Technical PM at Dirox, you are not just a "task tracker"—you are the Expedition Leader. You lead our clients and internal teams through complex digital terrains to reach the "Summit" (Business Goals). You are the one who ensures the climb is steady, the team is synchronized, and the client reaches their destination with total Peace of Mind.

• Lead the Ascent: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from Discovery to Launch. You don't just follow a plan; you navigate the path, ensuring the "Studio" (Engineering), "Insight" (Consulting), and "Care" (Operations) work in perfect harmony.
• Guardian of Peace of Mind: Predict "Avalanches" (Risks) before they happen. You provide the visibility and stability that allow clients to trust the journey, even when the terrain gets tough.
• Strategic Navigator: You are a consultant, not just an executor. You advise clients on the best "Route" (Methodology/Scope) to maximize their ROI and speed-to-market.
• Velocity Master: Using Agile and AI-powered tools, you optimize the team’s pace. You ensure we are "Climbing Light" (Efficiently) without sacrificing quality or security.
• Sherpa Mentorship: Level up the tribe. You mentor Junior PMs and BAs, fostering a culture of accountability, proactivity, and "Deep Understanding."
