🔹 Overview:
The Tech PM is responsible for designing comprehensive technical solutions for projects and clients, ensuring that the system aligns with business goals, is technically feasible, and optimized for cost, performance, and scalability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clients, business teams, and BAs to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Consult and design overall software architecture, including system design, infrastructure, and integration.
• Propose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on project requirements and budget.
• Collaborate with development teams to estimate effort, analyze risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and present solutions to clients.
• Ensure the architecture meets performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to real world projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in an architectural or similar senior technical role (e.g., Tech Lead).
• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, security, and system integration.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively work with both clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent.
• Knowledge domain: Healthcare, Telecom, Edtech,...
• Programming language: Java, .Net, NodeJS, React, Angular,...
• Newer evolving ones preferred is plus point
