The Job Opportunity:
As a Sr. Software Engineer at Byte Commerce, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a modern, scalable e-commerce platform used by a global audience. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality experiences while shaping the technical foundations that power our platform.
In this role, you will help develop and maintain a robust design system that enables teams to ship features faster and maintain consistency across products. You’ll contribute to building a next-generation commerce platform using modern technologies such as GraphQL, NestJS, React, React Native, Contentful, and AWS.
Beyond writing code, you’ll actively participate in technical discussions, propose new architectural approaches, and present ideas that improve the platform and developer experience. Your contributions will directly influence how our systems scale, evolve, and support new product initiatives.
